Order Cancellations and Modifications

Returns and Refunds
We accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 90 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

Store Credit Only: For hygiene reasons, we offer store credit instead of cash refunds for all eligible returns. This credit can be applied to any future purchases on our site.

Final Sale Items: Underwear and intimate apparel are strictly final sale. For hygiene reasons, these items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

Ineligible Items: Custom, personalized, bulk orders, and gift cards are tailored to your specifications and are not eligible for returns.
