NORTH ALPINE Shipping Policy
Our products are shipped directly from our fulfillment warehouses in the United States and Hong Kong. The shipping origin depends entirely on the stock availability of the specific model you have purchased.
Please note that your order may be shipped from an international warehouse if your requested model is only available there at the time of your order. All logistics are automated via Shopify to guarantee fast, efficient processing, and we conduct regular stock checks to ensure the highest quality of our products.
Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 48 hours of purchase.

During sales periods or times of exceptionally high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.

Your estimated shipping time will always be confirmed at checkout.
Delivery Times
Standard delivery takes between 5 and 10 business days depending on your location. Please note that this timeframe excludes weekends, public holidays, and unforeseen carrier delays. All delivery times are approximate and may vary based on your exact location and local postal practices.

Sales Restrictions: NORTH ALPINE ships to select territories outside the European Union. Orders destined for countries within the European Union will be automatically refused at checkout. Please refer to our Terms of Service for the full, detailed list of sales restrictions.
Duties & Customs
We cover all customs duties and import fees on your behalf for every destination we ship to.

NORTH ALPINE ships exclusively on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees apply to all orders. These costs are calculated based on your geographical location and the overall size/weight of your order. The exact applicable shipping cost will be clearly displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.
Order Tracking
We want you to know exactly where your package is at all times:

You will receive an email containing your tracking number once your order has been processed and shipped.

Tracking information typically updates within 24 to 48 hours of shipment.

Automatic email updates will be sent to you throughout the delivery process. (Tip: Please check your junk/spam folder if you haven't received your tracking email).
Tracking Delays: If your tracking link shows no information 48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation, please allow an additional 1 to 2 business days for the carrier's system to update. If there is still no update after 5 business days, please contact us at contact@northalpine.online
Lost Packages
In the rare event that your package is lost in transit, we will reship your order at no additional cost to you. Please reach out to us at contact@northalpine.online so we can resolve the situation promptly. We reserve the right to request official confirmation of loss from the carrier before processing a reshipment.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete before finalizing your order. We are not responsible for packages lost or misdelivered due to an address entered incorrectly during checkout.

Catching an Error: If you notice an error, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at contact@northalpine.online and we will do our best to correct it before the item ships.

Returned Packages: If a package is returned to our warehouse as a result of a customer address error, we will issue a full refund once the package is securely received. We are not liable for any additional shipping costs incurred due to incorrect address entry.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it.

To cancel, email us immediately at contact@northalpine.online with the subject line "CANCELLATION".

Once an order has been fully processed and handed over to the carrier, cancellation is no longer possible, and you will need to refer to our standard Return & Refund Policy.
Delays & Force Majeure
NORTH ALPINE shall not be held liable for shipping delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, customs delays, or systemic carrier disruptions. In such extraordinary cases, we will make every reasonable effort to keep you informed and minimize any inconvenience.
